Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between Dineto ("we", "us"), which runs Dineto at dineto.in, and the restaurant, café or home kitchen that signs up ("you"). By creating an account or using Dineto, you agree to them.
What we provide
Dineto gives your business a website with your menu, online ordering (at your tables, for delivery and for takeaway), a staff app for orders, bills and reports, and related tools. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and will tell you in advance about changes that take away something you rely on.
Your account
- You must give true details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and your staff accounts. Keep passwords private and remove staff who leave.
- You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to run your business where you are.
Your responsibilities
- You are the seller of the food and drinks ordered through your website. Prices, taxes (including GST), food safety, licences (such as FSSAI), delivery and customer service are your responsibility.
- The menus, photos and text you add must be yours to use, and must not be false, unlawful or offensive.
- You must not use Dineto to send spam, to collect data you have no right to, or to harm the service or other users.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the months you choose, at the prices shown under Billing in your staff app. A new account may start with a free trial. If a payment is not made after your paid time ends, we may pause the staff app and online ordering until it is. Prices may change; a new price applies from your next payment, and we will tell you before it does.
Your data
Your menu, orders and customer details belong to you. We keep them to run the service, as the Privacy Policy explains. The owner can download orders, menu and customers from Settings at any time. If your account is closed, we delete your data within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Availability
We work to keep Dineto running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We make daily backups of the data. We are not responsible for losses from interruptions, from wrong information entered into the service, or from the actions of your guests, staff or payment providers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Dineto at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Berhampore have jurisdiction.
